CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 24hrs of the order date. Cancellation request must be made via email to our customer service email massgenetics15@gmail.com and confirmation of your request will be made on the following business day. We will cancel the order and refund the full amount to the payment account used when the order was placed. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to process. It can take 5-10 days for your bank to recognize the credit on your end. Please check with your credit card company for a more accurate time frame. If your order is tracking as Delivered to the correct shipping address provided by the customer we will not issue a refund of the order.  RETURN POLICY OUR RETURN POLICY LASTS FOR 15 DAYS FROM DATE THE ORDER IS PLACED FOR ALL UNUSED/UNOPENED PRODUCTS.  PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT. ONCE THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED BY MASS GENETICS A REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED MINUS THE SHIPPING CHARGES PAID WHEN THE ORDER WAS PLACED. POSTAGE FOR RETURN PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE COVERED BY MASS GENETICS. 

SHIPPING POLICY

MOST ORDERS WILL SHIP WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY. ORDERS PLACED FRIDAY-SUNDAY WILL BE SHIPPED OUT ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. BE ADVISED THAT SHIPPING DELAYS MAY OCCUR DUE TO CARRIER DELAYS, HOLIDAYS OR PRODUCT INVENTORY AVAILABILITY.  ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
